We are seeking a Production Support worker in the manufacturing of The German Horse Muffin and their varieties. The right candidate is someone who maintains an enthusiastic, fun attitude and is a team player. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hard-working individual looking for additional responsibility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Works alongside production team to ensure accurate measurement, mixing and recording of ingredients according to product instructions.

Coordinates production schedule with manager.

Monitors inventory on hand. Reports to manager.

Monitors finished product quantity on hand. Reports to manager.

Identification and recording of any defects in packaging or product.

Evaluate manufacturing equipment for safety and functionality.

Maintain maintenance and repair records on all equipment.

Ensure all work areas are cleaned daily.

Assist with the training of new hires.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Ability to create and adhere to production processes.

Experienced in analyzing data – proficient in Excel.

Understanding of the metric system, and basic conversions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in problem solving.

Must have a positive attitude working with a team.

Chemistry/science background – 2+ years of education.
